A sample clip is provided for evaluation only. Its availability, format, timing, and scope may vary. A sample does not create an ongoing service relationship or guarantee audience, revenue, reach, or performance results.
Paid services
Paid work begins only after the parties agree in writing on scope, fees, delivery volume, schedule, revisions, payment terms, and any other project requirements. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls for the paid work.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share submitted recordings, logos, music, images, and other materials with us and to authorize the agreed editing work.
Results and availability
We do not promise virality or a particular commercial outcome. Website information, plan details, and availability may change. Any confirmed client scope and pricing will be recorded in the applicable written agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, and its original content belong to Clipping Media or its licensors. Ownership and usage rights for paid deliverables will be defined in the applicable written service agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clipping Media is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
